I joined the PTA and would like to serve on a committee. Who do I contact?

The PTA always needs more help. Check out our committee page and contact the chairperson. If no contact info is available or you don't see just the right committee for you, please contact one of the Presidents :

I need to drop off some paperwork for a PTA committee or board member, do they have special mailboxes?

Yes. The PTA has special committee boxes in the school office. You can use them for any paperwork that needs to be turned in.

I purchased an item for the PTA, how do I get reimbursed?

Please completely fill out a check request form, attach all invoices/reciepts and submit to the PTA Presidents' box for approval

I filled out a check request, when can I expect to recieve my reiumbursment?

Check requests are completed within 5 business days of submission.

My committee is hosting a fundraiser and we will need money for the cash box, what do we do?

Please fill out a check request form for the amount and submit to the President's box for approval. Please note that it is the responsibility of the committee to cash the check and provide the correct denominations for the cash box.

My committee is obtaining an item that requires a deposit be placed in advance, what do we do?

Please read the deposit request procedures and then fill out the deposit request form.

We have completed a very successful fundraiser, how do we turn in the proceeds?

Please fill out a Bank Deposit Request Form. All monies should be counted, organized and verified. All coins must be rolled. Please notify the treasurer (Robin Philpot rphilpot03@yahoo.com) that the funds are available.

I would like to make a donation of money or an item to the PTA. Do you have a non profit tax id number and can you provide a reciept?

Thank you for your kind gift. Please download the donation reciept and have it signed when you make the donation.
